Winter Wedding at Rock Island Lake Club | Christina & Jack

We are so happy Christina and Jack chose us to be their florist for their wedding day. The beautiful couple was married at Rock Island Lake Club in Sparta, New Jersey on the perfect winter day.

The Couple

Christina and Jack met in their junior year of high school at a friend’s house but didn’t start dating until after their senior year.

Jack proposed to Christina in their home and it was absolutely perfect! He even cooked her one of her favorite meals, crab cakes.

When I asked Christina what she was most excited about their wedding day, her response was, “I can not wait to celebrate with everyone and just enjoy every moment!”

The Wedding Day

The details of Christina and Jack’s wedding day had us swooning! Christina even made all of the signage herself! I loved designing their romantic winter wedding, so much thought was put into every part of the day.

One of our favorite pieces to design for their day was the ceremony space. The arch was adorned with greenery and the perfect pop of wintery-white florals. We lined the aisle with tons of candles, which made it the most romantic space for the couple to exchange vows.

Christina’s dress was the most perfect gown for a winter wedding. The bell sleeves, the lace, her veil, we just can’t get enough of her wedding day look! We were so excited to design a bouquet that complemented her style.

Check out the couple’s wooden backdrop with their custom neon sign for their sweetheart table! We love neon signs because they can be repurposed after the wedding in your home! We loved designing the arrangement for the sweetheart table and the coolest organic arrangement for the backdrop.

Throughout the reception, the couple chose to do a variety of candles and greenery garlands with white and pink flowers. It was the perfect balance to complement Rock Island Lake Club’s long farm tables in their reception space.
