Winter Wedding at Bear Brook Valley | Rory & Caity
We are obsessed with Rory and Caity’s winter wedding at Bear Brook Valley in Fredon Township, New Jersey. Bear Brook is one of our favorite venues for a farmhouse-chic wedding and each wedding we do there is unique to each couple.
Getting Ready
Caity and her bridesmaids spent the morning in the bridal suite getting pampered for the big day. The morning was filled with so many laughs, love, and champagne—there’s no better way to start your wedding day!
Once Caity was finished getting ready, she did a first look with her bridesmaids. We love this trend and the reactions your photographer gets to capture!
Rory and his groomsmen spent their morning in The Woodford Longue where they relaxed and got ready for the big day. One of our favorite things about Bear Brook Valley is the spaces for the bridal party. Rory and his guys rocked superhero gear throughout the whole day, adding a special personal touch.
We were able to work with the couple to create Rory and his groomsmen the coolest wintery boutonnieres.
The First Look
You can just feel the love when you look at Caity and Rory’s first look photos. The couple had a perfect winter day that allowed them to have their first look outside on the gorgeous grounds of Bear Brook Valley. Caity’s wedding day look left Rory (and us) speechless.
After the first look, the couple had time to take photos with each other and their bridal party before the ceremony. We love all the fun places Bear Brook Valley has for photos.
The Ceremony
The couple said their vows in Bear Brook Valley’s indoor ceremony space, which used to be a barn! We worked with Caity and Rory to bring their ceremony vision to life. We created a lush arrangement of winter greens and flowers for the top of their ceremony arch and gorgeous wintery greenery chair decor for the aisle.
The Reception
We love all of the personal touches that Caity and Rory put into their big day. As huge Marvel fans, they found unique ways to incorporate their love for superheroes into their day.
One of our favorite things to design for Rory and Caity’s wedding was their sweetheart table. The sweetheart table had the most perfect rustic, elegant look that gave the reception room the most romantic feel.
The large farmhouse tables at Bear Brook Valley allow an endless amount of centerpieces ideas! We created a simple garland for each table that was complimented by candles to create a romantic ambiance.
From the first dance to the cake, the couple put so much thought into the details of their day and you could feel all of the love that surrounded these two.
During the reception, Rory and Caity snuck away for a few nighttime photos.
The newlyweds ended their nights with a sparkler sendoff! Caity and Rory, we are so happy that we were able to be a part of your special day! We wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness!
