Summer Microwedding in New Jersey | Brittany & Russell

Brittany and I had been planning their dream wedding day at The Ryland Inn for almost two years; we had every detail covered for an absolutely stunning day! We also had high hopes that by mid-July the pandemic would have already blown through, and things would be back to “normal”.

Unfortunately, COVID left Brittany and Russell with the tough decision to postpone their big wedding until next year, but they did decide to persevere with a micro wedding on their original date so they could still celebrate their original day.

The thing we loved the most about their micro wedding is that it was totally different than the style and concept we planned for their big day!

The upside of two weddings? You can design them any way you want! 

Their summer micro wedding style was vibrant and filled with gorgeous pink tones! Their summer2021 wedding style, we’re going to keep under wraps for now!

Overall, their July micro wedding was so beautiful and special. It was filled with love and so much excitement. They had the most perfect sunny day filled with the most gorgeous blue skies! It made for a picture-perfect backdrop for such a sweet couple!

Courtney Simpson Photography did a wonderful job of making their small backyard wedding look like a dream oasis! Her eye for detail truly bought the flowers to the forefront of the day!
