Summer Wedding at The Farm & Bakery | Vanessa & Hector

Vanessa and Hector’s wedding was our first “full-sized” wedding since COVID started back in March. It didn’t come without difficulty as Pennsylvania had changed their indoor mandates two weeks before their wedding date. Luckily, the incredible team at The Farm & Bakery was quick to take action and ensure that their venue met the state’s mandates as an outdoor venue. This bit of good news allowed for Vanessa and Hector to have the family filled wedding that they hoped for!

The day started in the beautiful Harvest Barn where the bridal party was getting ready! We met with Vanessa to drop off her bouquet and all the bridal party details. The coolest part of this wedding is her bridesmaids carried hoop arrangements that included the number of years they were married! It was so special and such beautiful details.

Next, we headed to the barn to adorn the rafters with greenery. Between the lights draped throughout the barn, the greenery really added an organic element and pop of color to the rustic space. The tables were adorned with garlands, which were so accented by amber glassware and pops of orange color. It was the perfect color palette for August, as we slowly transitioned into fall colors.

For the ceremony, we added flowers to the arch that the Farm and Bakery had on site. The arch stood tall and strong as the focal point to the ceremony, and the flowers added a soft element and pop of color.

The day was truly beautiful for Vanessa and Hector; not even a little rain could stop them from enjoying their day and celebrating their love!
