We are obsessed with Abigail and Michael’s wedding at The Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. We loved the opportunity to be the florist for the couple’s spring nuptials. The thought and details that this couple put into their wedding day will leave you swooning.
With exposed wood beams and elegant chandeliers, The Ryland Inn is the perfect venue for your modern wedding with some old charm.
Abigail spent the morning surrounded by her closest friends, relaxing and getting wedding-ready. Our team created a gorgeous hairpiece to compliment her dream wedding day look.
Michael and his groomsmen spent the morning hanging out, relaxing, and enjoying some drinks! The groom wore socks with his furry friend’s face on them—what a fun way to include your pet on your big day!
We can’t get over Abigail’s dress—the detailed, lace gown had the most gorgeous back—a classic and timeless look. Her bridesmaids wore dusty green, the perfect color for a spring wedding. We worked with the couple to create bouquets with pink and peach pastels and added some blue to create pops of color.
St. Peter The Apostle Church in New Brunswick, New Jersey made for the most romantic venue for the couple’s vows. When working with churches, we love to add flowers that enhance the natural look of the space. All we needed here was some greenery for the pew and altar.
While many couples these days opt for a first look, Abigail and Michael waited until the ceremony to see each other. The look on Michael’s face was priceless when he saw his bride walking down the aisle!
After the wedding ceremony, the couple took pictures with their family and bridal party. Here are a few of our favorites!
We know you’re going to be as obsessed as we are over all the details Abigail and Michael incorporated into their day. From their seating chart to their wedding cake, we cannot stop thinking about how amazing their wedding was!
One of our favorite things to design for their day was their seating chart. It allowed our team to get creative with flower arrangements in each empty bottle! We can’t get over how this turned out, and the guests loved it!
The Ryland Inn has many unique spaces to add creative decor, the chandeliers are definitely one of our favorite of these spaces to add our touch to!
And, we are still OBSESSING over Michael and Abigail’s centerpieces. The arrangements were created in gold compote vases and were surrounded by candles. The table numbers were flowers arranged in a number format (to say we were obsessed with these is an understatement)! These centerpieces captured the natural look of the reception space and created a romantic ambiance at each table.
To tie together the reception decor, the couple’s sweetheart table was adorned with a lush greenery garland that included pink, peach, and purple flowers. No need for a sweetheart table backdrop, the fireplace makes for the perfect one!
Last, but certainly not least, let’s hear it for the wedding cake! We loved adding flowers to their cake to add a fun pop of color!
Michael and Abigail, it was an honor to be a part of your special day! We wish you the best of luck and many years of happiness!
