Spring Wedding at Rock Island Lake Club | Sara & Paul
What a gorgeous wedding day it was at the Rock Island Lake Club for Sara and Paul! We were absolutely over the moon to join the delightful celebration of their spring wedding in none other than the enchanting Sparta, New Jersey.
Getting Ready
Sara and her bridesmaids spent the morning with her bridesmaids celebrating in the private on-site bridal suite. Her glam squad helped create a flawless wedding look for the bride and her bridesmaids. The bridesmaids wore dresses in a gorgeous shade of mauve—the perfect spring look!
Sara looked stunning in her sheath bridal gown adorned with intricate lace detailings on her bodice. Our team worked to create a bouquet that added the perfect pop of spring color to her wedding day look.
Paul and his groomsmen spent the morning getting ready in the Lakeside Lounge, relaxing and preparing for the big day! The men rocked blue tuxedos with black lapels, each adorned with a modern boutonniere.
The First Look
The gorgeous grounds at Rock Island Lake Club were the perfect spot for an unforgettable first look. It’s impossible to look at Sara and Paul’s first look photos without getting teary-eyed! Sara’s wedding day look left Paul (and us) speechless.
The Ceremony
The couple’s lakefront ceremony took place under a gorgeous wooden arch. We were so excited to make the couple’s vision of stunning flower arrangement adorning the arch a dream come true. The arrangements throughout the day had the perfect pops of color for a spring color palette.
The Reception
When it came to the details, Paul and Sara thought of everything! Every detail came together to create the most romantic ambiance. We worked with the couple to enhance the unique space that Rock Island Lake Club offers.

The couple’s sweetheart table included a simplistic garland arrangement that tied together the ballroom’s ambiance. They also added a touch of greenery to the top of the fireplace, creating a cohesive look.
And last, but certainly not least, let’s hear it for the wedding cake!
